What can we do for you before investment casting starts?
1. Whether the material on the drawing will meet the mechanical properties required? There is a range of mechanical properties for each material.
2. Confirm the relevant casting process parameters after selecting applicable process scheme, such as:casting rounded corners,machining allowance and structuring rib, etc.
3. Design a reasonable gating system (gate position, gating speed, insulation time, etc.) and determine the module structure.
4. Confirm the inspection methods of the main processes.
